Moi, je n'en pense rien pour le moment.
C'est suspecté d'être un hoax selon les termes suivants :

It is professional or military equipment. Since the guy who shot is supposed to be on guard duty, I'd say military, which is better. 2. The sharp item imaged close up item is questionable because it looks like a model, and there is never a shot which zooms out far enough to see the horizon and establish the camera's position.
3. I presume it was hung from a string and is, in fact stationary, however there are periodically moments when you can see dark sky with clouds move by swiftly in the background.
4. The orange lights over the water, since they never move, must be gas flares from off shore oil production. The apparent reflection is a very interesting feature, but since these lights never move, I would guess that effect is caused by a temperature inversion.
CONCLUSION: Very interesting, but suspected hoax.
