He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the explosives went off at a high -- a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping. »

Le président Américain a affirmé ( 911 - A Closer Look a 5m15s) qu'il a vu à la télévision le 1er avion heurter la première tour et qu'un membre de son personnel est venu lui annoncer le 2e crash. - Aucune caméra de télévision a filmé le premier crash.
