Après avoir demandé des informations additionnelles (en français) je reçois la réponse suivante:

[...] In reply to your comments we are sending to you the relevant information that might elucidate some of your concerns, the field of Biophysics is extensively studied in Russia since 1950, China 1958, Finland 1976, but unfortunately Canada is in the dark ages. We have no research facilities dedicated to this field.

Évidemment leur liste contient quelques articles sur les radiations mais rien sur leur produit. J'ai répondu:

Thank you for your response.

Your reference list is barely legible. But I assume these are the same papers arleady referred to on your website (I don't see any actual quotation which might back up your wild claims, though. And at any rate, do you happen to have peer-reviewed research ON THIS PRODUCT? I didn't think so). Your site also "backs up" its claims by linking to other grossly unreliable web sites and even to *bulletin boards*!

While I do not dispute the fact that there is SOME preliminary scientific evidence for EM radiation effects on living tissue, this evidence is far from adequate justification for the purchase of products supposedly designed to counter cell phone-generated radiation (EM effects are rare, and only occur in very intense fields). But my real problem is this: what you present on your site as 1) evidence that your product works and 2) information on HOW it works, are both fraudulent. The language used demonstrates that you either do not understand the research you are referring to or that you are willfully trying to deceive the public. What you have sent me so far is not going to change my mind about this -- quite the contrary.

For example, this paragraph on your site:

«TecnoAO was designed to prevent that resonance. Each TecnoAO device is an optimized-shape hyperweak-field EM oscillator containing an electromagnetically conditioned active solution. TecnoAO attaches to the radiating device for which it is designed and renders it biocompatible with the user's body. The TecnoAO operating principle is an application of quantum physics. It does not interfere in any way with the operation of the protected radiating device.»

...makes no sense at all. There is in fact no way that TecnoAO is "an application of quantum physics" -- among other things, and you ought to know better. On the other hand, I do accept the statement that it does not inferfere with the devices -- that's because it does absolutely nothing at all, isn't it?
